I am James Woodham, owner/broker of Praying Mantis Properties, LLC. I have been involved in the development of Cedar Hill for over twenty years. During that time I had an active role in the construction of Phases III and IV of the Summit.

From 1997 thru 2009 I was responsible for the general maintenance of Cedar Hill including the water system and w.w.t.p. During that time and from 2009 thru 2017 I served as member of the A.R.B. and as liaison between developer and property owners.
